Each Member may hold only one Account on the tpower2 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. tpower2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. tpower2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other supported banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit screen and are subject to change.

Funds held in your tpower2 Account are maintained in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of insolvency of the operator, Member funds held in segregated accounts are protected in accordance with requirements imposed by tpower2's gaming licence.

tpower2's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tpower2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tpower2 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy of displayed information, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from third-party intrusion.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by tpower2 is governed by the tpower2 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tpower2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
